- CDA 10100: Oxygen free electronic copper 99.99% in Cu according to ASTM B170.
- CDA 10200: Oxygen free copper 99.95% min Cu (silver is counted as copper).
The most important characteristic of oxygen-free high-conductivity copper is that it can be heat treated in a reducing atmosphere without embrittlement. Used where the presence of oxygen in copper is undesirable, as in certain electronic parts, or metal to be welded. These coppers have higher purities than ETP and are cast by the refineries in a controlled atmosphere with oxygen excluded. Typical uses: Bus bar, flat products, Rod and shapes, wire, tubing. Available in wire, rectangular bars in milimeters or inches, square bars rod and shapes. Our advanced technology enables the availability of copper profiles as per customers’ drawings.
CDA 11000: Electrolytic Tough Pitch copper (ETP) is the most common type of copper used. With a minimum copper content of 99.90%, and an electrical conductivity of 101% IACS. For those manufacturing applications in which the presence from 0.02% to 0.05% oxygen is not critical. Typical uses: electrical conductors, roofing and flashing, heat exchanger fins, nails, rivets. Available only in Bus Bar. Copper Bus Bar and Rods are produced to meet International Standards such as JIS, ASTM and AFNOR as required by customers
CDA 10400, CDA 10500, CDA 10700: Oxigen free Silver Copper the silver bearing copper alloy mechanical strength is high and electric conductivity is better, its heat and corrosion resistance is good. We produce the oxygen-free silver bearing copper alloy shaped bar according to client requirement. Please send your drawing with chemical composition and physical parameters. Available in wire, rectangular bars, rod bars and shapes.
Silver or Tin Plating: The primary reason for coating conductor surface is to increase corrosion resistance. Silver is used for high electrical conductivity Tin, like the base metal copper, will naturally form a hard, brittle oxide on its surface. This oxide is stable and helps to prevent further corrosion of the copper. Available in rectangular bars 0.127” x 1” (3 x 25 mm) up to 0.5” x 6” (12.7 x 152 mm). Length up to 19.6´ (6 meters)
